Andrew has finally come of age (his is now a big Year 4 child!) and is now able to attend the long running, annual ICPA Sports Camp held in Clermont.
He put in a big day at the yards on Saturday, helping Dad & Tess brand the mid-year mate management group’s calves. He was keen to wrap up this job and get home to roll his swag.
There were sports to learn, games to play and mates to see. The ICPA Sports Camp is almost legendary  around here and Andrew was super excited to be attending his first!

Now Dad volunteered to go to Sports Camp as well. Well attuned to looking after kids, he took on a carer role for the week.
That means that the little boys had to step up and they certainly have this week.
And they have certainly risen to the challenge.

We’ve had lots of fun and a few disasters but all is well that ends well.
There is an air of excitement in our house tonight as we head off early in the morning to witness the Sports Camp finale.
Lachlan is keen to hand the baton back to Andrew; he informed me tonight that his arms and legs ached from all the work he’s had to do!!
I will just be glad to share the endless chatter of  four kids under six with another adult for  a while….
